Hearing about Urvashi’s curse and resultant trouble caused to Arjuna, Indra came and consoled the former

Do not be sad, now, hey great one, the lamp of Manu dynasty.  Be courageous in mind.  This curse shall be rendered appropriate and in your favour

The Urvashi-delivered curse – would be of use to you – hey, the gem of earth and the one who kills the pride of foes

During the period of exile, you shall undergo this curse – hey learned one, no doublt about that

Sloka:

The conscience of the son of Indra was ruined by the curse.  He, though not disrespectable, having attained the features of a eunuch, contemplated about it in the depth of mind

God! Oh! Oh! God!

If the God unfavourable, such things would happen; Oh! God

Lord Krishna – has he abandoned me – Oh! God!

My brothers – how would I go and see them? Oh God!

By destroying Khandava Forest, I attained this divine bow – What’s the use?  Oh! God

In the world – my rivals – would ridicule me; Oh! God!

Sloka:

Listening to his words, which was not in her favour, as if cheated by the God of Love, that angel, started to utter these words to Arjuna

Whatever, this is not good for you!

Here I am troubled and suffering – For that no kindness for you in me?  Like a rock is you heart, is it?  Yes it is, no doubt about that

You are fighting with Lord Siva, the destructor of god of love, or becoming the friend of Lord Krishna, the father of Lod of Love (Krishna is the father of Pradyumna, supposedly the incarnation of Kamadeva)

Sloka:

Arjuna, the valorous, was rendered with hatred towards Urvashi, the one desirous of mating with anyone, speaking inappropriate things again and again, the ignoble, and the one would be a reason for repentence

Words – Such as this – you speak you spoke – is not proper, please know that

Inappropriate acts – are not good – in vain, Oh!

The swans – would they – except lotus trunks – long for Hornwort plants (a wild plant)

Alas! Elephant – woult it with to get a deer – tell me, you

With the smoothest of foot-steps, and fully decorated, though naturally quiet, but now in deep thought, Like good words approach victory, that Urvashi approached Arjuna

In private, go near him, convey your grievance

The smile – that is like honey – when you shower than, hey gorgeous, he would fall for you

Hey, the one with inimitable eye qualities, have mercy in me, child

Alright, tell me a way out, should not be futile
