O the queen among doe-eyed women, 

Malini, come near me.

 

O gorgeous lady, I have a desire to caress 

those tired lotus-petalled feet.

 

O blessed Malini, by coming to my home, 

you moon-faced beauty, I consider myself
the most fortunate on earth; 

you with the gait of a swan in love 

 

My house is ennobled now

and my life is also fulfilled.

O pretty lady, come and sit on this couch

so that we can be happy together.
