please listen to my words
Please grant me this wish growing in my heart,
O protector of all dependents
With your permission I would like to go and watch
the rites that my father is performing today
All my sisters will be there for sure
I can see all of them in due course
If I proceed there my father’s anger will
disappear, not only that,
everyone will become happy and
the sacrificial rites will end auspiciously.
